Update: This bill is being walked back. The super lien idea is being abandoned. Thank you to Kim in Pueblo “leaning” on her Senator – pun intended. She and our legislative team did a superb job of communicating the issues. We anticipate he will present a different bill title and will focus on special assessment conditions for municipalities.
